I work with compassionate, caring colleagues. I remember helping a Kansas family whose children received coverage through our State Sponsored Business. While driving to Mexico, they were in a bad car accident. Our team stepped in to get them back home for medical care and support.

 

 

 

  Our work really makes a difference. I've navigated the health care system on my own, so I know how important it is for our members to receive medicall necessary, appropriate care, in the right setting, from the right provider.

 

 

  I have an opportunity to help others. I manage our ground ambulance and durable medical equipment networks. I find ways to get our members what they need in the most cost-effective way.

 

 

  I love helping people. I've been working here for more than 25 yearsa, and I get to do that every day. I don't expect our customers to know insurance; that's my job. When they call, I wantg them to know they can depend on me to help resolve their issues.
