Care Provider Recognition Program
Our Care Provider Recognition Program celebrates care providers who deliver cost-efficient care while also driving exceptional patient experiences and outcomes.
Last year’s award winners were selected as they were among the top 5% of care providers based on quality, as measured through our internal Medicare performance data. This year’s program is expanding to include Medicaid and Commercial care providers. The 2025 award winners and criteria will be announced soon.
