What is Managed Long-Term Care?
Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC) is a program that streamlines the delivery of long-term services and supports to people who are chronically ill or disabled and wish to stay in their homes and communities. Wellpoint and the state of New York are committed to improving the MLTC program to improve care management for all eligible members.

Use our library of self-paced courses and instructor-led training sessions, available 24/7 at no cost so you can be prepared with the knowledge to assist our members.
