Healthy Rewards for DC Medicaid enrollees

Healthy Rewards is ending soon.

 

The Healthy Rewards program ended July 31, 2026, which means only eligible activities completed on or before July 31, 2026 can earn a reward. If you already completed an eligible activity by that date, you still have time to redeem your rewards. Rewards must be redeemed by October 30, 2026. Activities completed after July 31, 2026 are not eligible for Healthy Rewards.

 

Last day to complete an eligible activity: July 31, 2026 (activities after this date are not eligible).

 

Last day to redeem an earned reward: October 30, 2026 (only for eligible activities completed on or before July 31, 2026).

Healthy Rewards helps motivate you to create a healthy lifestyle with gift cards to popular retailers. It’s a no-cost, optional program for eligible Wellpoint District of Columbia, Inc. enrollees. You may be eligible to earn rewards for completing the following:

  • Prenatal care visits
  • Postpartum care visits
  • Childhood & adolescent wellness visits
  • Childhood & adolescent vaccines on schedule
  • Well-child visits in the first 30 months of life
  • Breast cancer screenings
  • Flu vaccines
  • Diabetic A1c screenings and retinal eye exams
  • High blood pressure medication refills
  • Completing a health screener
  • Completing a short quiz on diabetes management
