  • Call the Pharmacy at 833-214-3604 (or 711 if you have hearing trouble).

 

Reminder:


Make sure you have enough medicine and food in case you have to stay home. This keeps you safe if things get unpredictable.

 

If there's an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room right away.

Alliance and Immigrant Children's Program (ICP) Enrollees Special Information

 

Alliance and Immigrant Children’s Program (ICP) Enrollees: On October 1, 2025, you will no longer have Wellpoint DC or any managed care plan for your coverage. If you still have coverage under the Alliance program, Department of Healthcare Finance (DHCF) will act as your managed care plan. To make sure that you don’t miss any information, look for mail from DHCF and log into your account at District Direct for notices.
