Total Member View

Providers can access an enrollee’s clinical and case management data record with the Total Member View (TMV) tool.

Retrieve the data you need

 

TMV is an interactive dashboard that simplifies administration by coordinating access to enrollee-centric patient information. It allows providers who are part of an enrollee’s care and service team to easily access the enrollee’s record through a self-service website.

How to use Total Member View

 

Log in to Availity 

 

 

Finding Total Member View (TMV) on Availity

  1. From the Availity homepage, select Payer Spaces from the top navigation.
  2. Select the health plan.
  3. From the Payer Spaces homepage, select the Applications tab.
  4. Select the Total Member View tile.
