Online training in Availity

 

Wellpoint offers online training to assist you in caring for our enrollees with consideration of their personal language needs, thoughts, customs, beliefs, and values.

 

All contracted health care providers with Wellpoint should complete the online  Cultural Competency Training.

Accessing training within Availity Essentials

  1. Log in to the Availity Essentials website.
  2. From the Availity Essentials home page, select Payer Spaces from the top navigation.
  3. Select the appropriate health plan from the Payer Spaces menu.
  4. Select Access Your Custom Learning Center from the Applications tab.
  5. Complete your Profile if prompted.
  6. Select from the available courses listed, search the catalog, or navigate to specific courses using the Filters menu on the left side of the screen.
