NJ Managed Long Term Services and Supports (MLTSS)

At-home care and support to live independently long term.

Is MLTSS right for you or your loved one?

Managed Long Term Services and Supports (MLTSS) provides help for NJ FamilyCare members with long-lasting health problems or disabilities.

Long-term care services include help with everyday tasks like bathing, dressing, getting around the house, making meals, or doing household chores. MLTSS is for individuals in New Jersey who meet:

Financial eligibility requirements, including monthly income and assets

Clinical requirements (qualifies for nursing home level of care)

Age and/or disability requirements

Age 65 years or older; or
