Patient360 is an interactive dashboard that simplifies administration by coordinating access to enrollee-centric patient information. It allows providers who are part of an enrollee’s care and service team to easily access the enrollee’s record through a self-service website.

Log in to Availity 

 

 

Finding Patient360 on Availity

  1. From the Availity homepage, select Payer Spaces from the top navigation.
  2. Select the health plan.
  3. From the Payer Spaces homepage, select the Applications tab.
  4. Select the Patient360 tile.
