We’re making temporary changes to your health plan benefits if you live in a Florida county impacted by Tropical Depression Nine, now known as Hurricane Isaias. We’ve relaxed certain health plan rules to make it easier for you to get care during this emergency.

The changes are in effect between October 6, 2026 through and including December 5, 2026 for the following Florida counties: Baker, Bay, Calhoun, Columbia, Dixie, Escambia, Franklin, Gadsden, Gilchrist, Gulf, Hamilton, Holmes, Jackson, Jefferson, Lafayette, Leon, Liberty, Madison, Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, Suwannee, Taylor, Walton, Wakulla, and Washington Counties.

The changes are also for emergency responders who have been assigned to the area by their state or local agency.
