To receive immediate food assistance, use free, local food sources right away.
- 2-1-1 Helpline: Call 211 or visit 211.org to find local food pantries, community meals, and emergency support.
- Visit your local foodbanks and find locations through Feeding America Foodbanks.
- Get meals delivered to you from Meals on Wheels.
- Find Women, Infants and Children (WIC) programs in your state.
Take advantage of the programs available to you
- Community Resource Link: Through our partnership with FindHelp, you can search for free or reduced-cost food, housing, and transportation programs in your ZIP code.
- Community Resources on our SydneySM Health app: View your benefits and resources directly from your phone. Go to the Sydney Health app then Menu > Access Care > Community Resources.
- Healthy rewards programs: There are programs designed to encourage and promote healthy behaviors and preventive care. The specific rewards and activities can vary based on your health plan and location, but can include meals, gift cards and more. Discover what’s available to you by using the Sydney Health app or sign in to your account on this website.
- Many of our health plans offer counseling and support for stress or anxiety related to food insecurity.
